Key Responsibilities

• Inspect clinical and research datasets and assign accurate, consistent annotations
• Apply labels to complex medical records and research data according to structured instructions
• Check existing annotations for accuracy and completeness
• Spot unclear cases or special scenarios and flag them for review
• Preserve strong data quality across all assigned work
• Complete tasks independently and asynchronously at a pace that suits you

Profile We’re Looking For

• Excellent attention to detail and comfort handling structured, complex information
• Exposure to healthcare, clinical research, biology, or another STEM discipline
• Ability to follow annotation guidelines carefully and consistently
• Dependable, self-driven, and able to work without close supervision
• Strong written communication skills
• Previous experience with annotation or data labeling is helpful, though not mandatory

Preferred Experience

• Background in clinical documentation, medical coding, or biomedical research
• Familiarity with electronic health records and medical terminology
• Experience in data quality work, research coordination, or healthcare informatics
