Responsibilities

• Formulate program plans that align with the strategic goals of the organization.
• Oversee the creation and management of program schedules and budget allocation.
• Identify dependencies among projects, assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper execution of the program adhering to quality standards and timelines.
• Track project progress, detect potential challenges early, and apply corrective measures as needed.
• Conduct periodic program assessments, provide status updates, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication and foster cooperation between project teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Optimize budget usage to meet program goals efficiently.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders like senior management, project sponsors, and partners.
• Organize regular meetings and communication channels to update stakeholders, resolve concerns, and collect feedback.
• Manage stakeholders' expectations regarding project scopes, deliverables, and timelines through negotiation.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree as minimum educational qualification.
• Bring over 15 years of professional experience, especially in complex program management from inception to completion.
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
• Exhibit strong leadership qualities with the capacity to motivate and guide cross-functional teams effectively.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Showcase analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities aimed at outcome-driven results.
• Adept at handling multiple priorities in fast-paced, dynamic work environments.
• Possession of PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is considered an advantage.
