Position Overview

We are seeking a Head of Workplace Operations for the Americas to join our global team and lead workplace management across the region. Based in New York City, this role will oversee workplace strategy and daily operations for our New York headquarters, regional offices including Atlanta, Denver, Brazil, and upcoming locations, as well as support remote staff throughout the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and ensure operational excellence across multiple offices in the Americas region.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the New York headquarters and coordinate workplace activities regionally.

  • Experience overseeing operational budgets, vendor management, and external service providers.
  • Expertise in facilities management, workplace services, office operations, and enhancing employee experience.
  • Experience handling office construction, renovations, relocations, space planning, and related projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations, emergency protocols, business continuity, and security.
