The company, a leader in social commerce through AI-driven monetization of creators' attention, operates physical production, quality control, packing, and global shipping locations including London, Düsseldorf, and Brooklyn.

Role Overview

The Head of Global Operations will oversee and optimize the entire operational system encompassing orders, stock, personnel, and financial flow. The challenge is to quantitatively model and identify bottlenecks within this complex system and methodically eliminate them to enable scalable growth. Prior experience in manufacturing is not required, but the role demands a strong focus on balancing time, cost, and quality through analytical and quantitative approaches.
