Position overview
Niklas K Service is looking for a dependable housekeeper/maintenance professional to join its team in Vallendar. The company works in building services across Koblenz, Vallendar, and the surrounding area, with an emphasis on reliable execution, care, and a personal approach.
This role suits someone with practical skills who enjoys working independently while contributing to a close-knit team. The work includes day-to-day property upkeep, minor repairs, outdoor maintenance, and support for on-site operations.
What you will do
- Carry out small repair jobs and general hands-on maintenance tasks.
- Look after the upkeep and condition of buildings, outdoor areas, and technical systems.
- Assist with maintenance appointments and monitor building services equipment.
- Handle sweeping, winter service, and gardening duties to keep properties in good condition.
- Serve as the local point of contact for tenants, clients, and external service providers.
What we are looking for
You should be comfortable understanding work instructions in German and communicating clearly with customers and colleagues. A category B driving licence is mandatory because the work involves travelling between different properties in and around Koblenz and Vallendar.
Previous experience in a caretaker, maintenance, or similar manual role is helpful but not required. More important are a careful approach, reliability, the ability to work on your own, and a willingness to take responsibility. Team spirit is also highly valued.
