Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Have at least 10 years of experience in facilities management, operations, or maintenance roles.
Demonstrate a solid mechanical foundation with extensive expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
Experience handling Fire & Life Safety (FLS) systems and managing subcontractors related to these systems.
Well-versed with health, safety, and legal compliance standards applicable to the field.

Oversee and direct all hard services operations to guarantee the safe and effective functioning of MEP and FLS systems.
Manage subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to contractual obligations, quality benchmarks, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines.
Plan, supervise, and validate preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance tasks.
Ensure technical issues are addressed promptly while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to manage shutdowns, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
Evaluate maintenance documentation, technical reports, and contractor outputs.
Support initiatives aimed at improving asset reliability and continuous improvement projects.
Make sure that all tasks comply with applicable codes, manufacturer guidelines, and client specifications.
Handle resource distribution, work scheduling, and supervise the performance of the hard services team.
Provide expert guidance and assistance during emergencies and major system breakdowns.

Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and effective team management abilities.
Possess in-depth knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Fire & Life Safety systems.
Proven capability in managing subcontractors successfully.
Excellent problem-solving aptitude, effective planning, and strong communication skills.
Proficient in the use of CAFM/CMMS systems and Microsoft Office software.

Hard Services Lead
