  • A minimum of three years’ experience in facilities maintenance covering electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and deep cleaning.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with tactful interaction with priesthood leaders, vendors, and staff.
  • Physically capable of climbing ladders, stairs, crawling, bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching overhead for maintenance tasks.
