Role and Responsibilities

• Extend a warm welcome to guests and manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle reservations, respond to inquiries, and attend to guest requests professionally.
• Provide guests with local insights and recommendations to enhance their stay.
• Process payments accurately and keep precise records.
• Address any guest concerns promptly with courtesy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service, particularly front desk operations, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests.
• A positive and service-oriented attitude, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud software is a plus but not mandatory.
• Valid Australian work authorization is required; sponsorship is not available for this position.
