About the Role
At Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, the Guest Experience Expert role goes beyond basic guest check-in and check-out processes. This position focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests during their stay by proactively delivering a variety of services. The role requires addressing guest requests, handling operational tasks, generating reports, and sharing information about local highlights to ensure every interaction is part of the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests throughout their stay with personalized service and support.
- Manage operational requirements and complete necessary documentation.
- Provide insights and recommendations about the local area to enrich guest experiences.
- Maintain a professional appearance and communication style while adhering to company policies and quality standards.
- Ensure a safe work environment and protect company assets.
- Perform physical activities such as standing, walking for extended periods, and handling objects up to 10 pounds independently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- No prior related work experience or supervisory experience is necessary.
- No licenses or certifications are required.
Work Environment and Expectations
This is a non-management position located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It requires a hands-on approach with the ability to be physically active throughout the shift. Compliance with company policies, confidentiality, and quality standards is essential for success.
