Role Overview

This position of Greeter at BHIMA Jewellery Madurai involves warmly welcoming customers as they enter the showroom, ensuring a pleasant first impression and providing support throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer with a friendly smile and a polite demeanor.
• Identify customer needs and guide them to appropriate counters or staff members.
• Keep the customer waiting area neat and well-organized to create a professional environment.
• Document details of walk-in customers and prepare daily reports on customer traffic.
• Provide product or service information to customers when requested.
• Work collaboratively with sales and service teams to facilitate smooth customer interactions.
• Address basic queries respectfully and escalate complex concerns as necessary.
• Maintain the overall ambiance of the showroom and adhere to company grooming standards.
• Assist during promotional occasions or festivals to enhance the customer experience.

Compensation
