Role Overview
The "Great People" role at JNJ Electrics is an on-site position located in Greensborough, VIC. This role is ideal for individuals eager to contribute meaningfully by supporting daily electrical and plumbing service operations. Responsibilities include assisting with project execution and maintenance tasks for a diverse clientele such as commercial, corporate, and government entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate job requirements and offer support to qualified electricians during project and maintenance activities.
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure efficient operation and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout service delivery.
- Facilitate clear communication with clients and supervisors.
- Document work completed accurately and comprehensively.
- Foster a respectful and collaborative work environment.
Candidate Qualifications
- Capable of supporting electrical and plumbing project and maintenance work, possessing either a basic knowledge of electrical services or a strong eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to engage effectively with electricians, management, and clients.
- Meticulous attention to detail, reliability, and dedication to safety and company policies.
- Good organizational and time management skills to assist in scheduling, job documentation, and coordination.
- Experience in trades, facilities, construction, or service-centric roles is advantageous though not mandatory.
- Comfortable with hands-on work in an onsite environment at Greensborough, VIC.
- Holding relevant certifications or licenses, such as a White Card or basic electrical safety training, will be considered a plus.
