Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for detail to produce compelling marketing and education-focused visuals. This position is based in Indore and is fully on-site. The role calls for strong design instincts, quick execution, and close coordination with the marketing and content teams.

Responsibilities

• Create social media artwork such as Instagram posts, carousels, stories, and reel covers.
• Design YouTube thumbnails, banners, and other promotional graphics.
• Build educational infographics and visuals related to courses.
• Work together with the performance marketing, content, and academic teams to align creative output with campaign goals.
• Revise designs based on feedback and deliver work within tight timelines.

Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of color theory, typography, font tools, and layout principles. Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is required. You should be comfortable managing several assignments at once, producing fast turnarounds, and designing for digital-first platforms while maintaining accuracy and visual quality.

Preferred Experience

Applicants with 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design will be preferred. Prior exposure to EdTech, coaching institutes, or digital marketing agencies is an advantage. Experience creating educational content or visuals for online course promotions, along with an understanding of performance-focused design, will be valuable.

Location Preference

Priority will be given to candidates who are currently based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Compensation

The monthly salary is up to ₹15,000 to ₹22,000.
