Overview
Honeywell is seeking a Graduate Service Data Analyst to manage the core data structures supporting its operational reporting. This role entails ensuring the precision and usability of various reporting channels and contributing to the creation of AI-based workflows customized for distinct user groups. Located in Atlanta, GA, this position reports to the System, Process and Data Leader and follows a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of and verify foundational data frameworks to guarantee reliable and consistent operational data reporting.
- Maintain and synchronize multiple reporting dashboards, ensuring data integrity and user-friendly access.
- Assist in crafting persona-focused AI-assisted workflows such as the Field Service Persona Dashboard to boost user interaction and operational insights.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical capabilities with focus on detail and data accuracy.
- Experience or familiarity with data management, dashboard reconciliation, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge or interest in AI-enabled analytics workflows.
- Competency in data visualization software like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Prior internship or project exposure in data analytics or business intelligence is valued.
- Curiosity towards learning emerging technologies and data practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.
