What you will do

• Improve existing frontend code for better performance, clarity, and readability.
• Identify, test, and resolve interface issues to support a dependable user experience.
• Record your implementation approach so developers and consultants can follow the logic behind the code.
• Take part in small technical reviews to help preserve code quality.

What we are looking for

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and current JavaScript practices.
• Introductory experience with React or another component-based framework, gained through study or personal projects.
• A preference for straightforward, practical interfaces rather than heavy animation or visual distraction.
• Good written and spoken communication, with the ability to explain technical ideas clearly.
• Comfort operating in a fully remote setup with self-managed tasks and scheduling.
• Strong attention to detail, especially around spacing, alignment, and user flow.
• Interest in learning how digital products can improve management habits and team coordination.
