About the Role

Skillsify Digital is a performance marketing agency partnering with rapidly expanding D2C brands in automotive accessories, electronics, footwear, skincare, toys, and streetwear. Currently, we run successful Meta Ads campaigns and are expanding into Google Ads. We seek a Google Ads specialist to establish and manage this new vertical, handling live eCommerce accounts to deliver measurable ROAS from the start. This role involves setting up Google Ads infrastructure from scratch across multiple D2C brands, collaborating closely with the founder and existing marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing channels for our D2C client portfolio.
• Develop and optimize Purchase/Conversion campaigns as primary revenue drivers.
• Set up and audit conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager to maintain accurate data.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and bid/budget optimization to enhance CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• Provide clear performance reports internally and to clients as required.
• Coordinate with Meta Ads and Shopify teams to synchronize cross-channel strategies.

Requirements

• 1 to 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, with direct ownership of Purchase/Conversion campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to drive actual sales through Google Ads.
• Experience with Performance Max and Shopping campaigns for eCommerce.
• Proficiency in GA4 and GTM for conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make actionable recommendations.
• Agency or multi-client management experience preferred.
