Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time General Assistant for Centra in Newcastle, County Tipperary. This permanent position involves working 37.5 hours per week, requiring flexibility to cover days, evenings, and weekends according to a planned shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by operating both manned and self-scan checkouts.
• Manage stock through merchandising, ordering, conducting date checks, and rotating products across fresh, ambient, and frozen sections.
• Comply with company policies and health and safety regulations to protect yourself, colleagues, customers, and third parties.
• Maintain high-quality standards in all assigned tasks.
• Assist with stock take preparation and physical inventory counts as needed.

Additional Information

Shift patterns will be discussed during the interview process. Applicants must be capable of commuting to the store using private or public transport options to meet shift requirements.
