Full-Time Live-In Nanny

We are a warm and supportive family residing in Bermuda with four lovely children aged 1, 2, 4, and 5 years. Job Description and Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving, and engaging care tailored to the children’s needs.
• Establish warm and affectionate bonds through interactive play, conversation, reading, and quality time.
• Encourage the development of good manners, kindness, and personal responsibility among the children.
• Assist with homework completion and promote tidiness by encouraging the children to clean up after themselves.
• Support healthy habits by limiting screen time, reducing sugary treats, and promoting active outdoor play.
• Transport children safely to and from school, extracurricular activities, and appointments as required.
• Occasionally run errands for the family such as grocery shopping and pickups.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization within the household.
• Prepare simple and nutritious meals when ingredients are provided.
• Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and provide assistance wherever necessary.

Candidate Qualifications

• Prior experience caring for children, ideally within a private home setting.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• A warm, patient, energetic, and dependable nature.
• Comfortable with living in and contributing to a family household environment.
• Commitment to a long-term employment arrangement.

Compensation
