Role: Full Time Keyholder

As a Keyholder, you will be entrusted with several key responsibilities to help maintain store operations and drive sales.

• Accurately manage cash and complete daily financial documentation.
• Prepare beverages according to specific recipes and maintain thorough knowledge of products and allergens.
• Provide outstanding customer service while promoting the menu, special offers, and loyalty application.
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Assist with store operations including opening, closing, and stock control.
• Handle content creation and management for the store's TikTok account.
• Complete all required training and support team members by covering shifts when necessary.
• Actively contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by the company.
