Full-Time Infant & Toddler Nanny Position in Everett, WA

About the Role

Jovie is seeking compassionate and experienced caregivers to provide dedicated in-home childcare for infants and toddlers in Everett, WA, and the broader Seattle area. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with supportive management and room for professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive and safe care to infants and toddlers in a nurturing environment.
• Assist with feeding schedules, nap routines, and other daily childcare tasks.
• Foster child development through reading, play, and activities suited to age and growth stages.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents regarding their child's day and progress.
• Establish a positive and encouraging atmosphere that supports early learning and emotional growth.

Work Schedule

• Availability from Monday to Friday is preferred.
• Typical shifts fall between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
• Shift durations generally span from 6 to 9 hours.
• Assignments with thoroughly vetted local families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience caring for infants, either as a nanny, babysitter, daycare worker, preschool assistant, or in a church nursery.
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with young children.
• Dependability and professionalism in all aspects of work.
• Effective communication skills with both children and parents.
• Holding a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to provide at least two childcare-related references and one character reference.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
