Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

A high-frequency proprietary trading company is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to develop the upcoming generation of financial applications used by traders, researchers, and analysts. This opportunity offers involvement across the entire development lifecycle—from user experience design to production deployment—focusing on creating polished TypeScript front-end interfaces and robust, scalable Go backend services that handle real-time market and blockchain data.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance trading user interfaces and data visualization tools.
• Implement scalable backend services, APIs, and SDKs using Go.
• Collaborate closely with traders, research teams, and product managers to align technology solutions with business needs.
• Take full ownership of system architecture, performance optimization, and service reliability.
• Contribute actively within a dynamic, high-accountability engineering environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of six years’ experience in full-stack software engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in TypeScript and experienced with frameworks such as React, Svelte, or Vue.
• Strong expertise in Go for building production-ready backend services.
• Experienced in developing scalable UI components capable of processing real-time data streams.
• Deep understanding of frontend performance considerations and user interface/user experience principles.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and cloud environments including AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Background or interest in trading, financial markets, or cryptocurrency sectors.
• Exceptional UI/UX design capabilities, possibly demonstrated through a professional portfolio.
• Experience working with various databases, data warehouses, or caching mechanisms.
