Role Description
We are seeking passionate Foundation Stage 1 (FS1) and Foundation Stage 2 (FS2) teachers to join our Dubai team. In this role, you will embody our child-centred educational philosophy by fostering a warm, safe, and inspiring classroom where each child is valued and encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish a supportive and stimulating learning atmosphere that promotes children's development and well-being.
- Inspire and nurture curiosity, creativity, and independence through purposeful play and exploration.
- Facilitate each child's individual learning pathway and support their holistic growth.
- Forge strong, collaborative relationships with families and fellow educators to enhance the learning experience.
- Encourage a lifelong love for learning that extends beyond formal education settings.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Education or a related discipline with an accredited teaching qualification.
- Have prior experience teaching Foundation Stage children in an international school or nursery environment.
- Demonstrate sincere enthusiasm for early childhood education and understanding of child development.
- Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Adopt a positive, compassionate, and proactive teaching approach.
