Overview
We are seeking a Frontend Developer to contribute to AI training and improvement work. In this role, you will join a large and expanding community of technical professionals working on projects that help shape real-world AI systems. The work combines flexibility with technical challenge and involves collaborating with advanced AI models on programming-focused tasks.
What the role involves
You will be asked to create and solve coding challenges, build polished applications with interactive functionality, and draw insights from data through analysis and visualization. Your output will help refine intelligent systems so they can learn and improve over time.
How the process works
After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that acts as the screening step. If you are successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid projects will be made available through the platform.
Contract advantages
- You can decide which projects to accept and when to take them on.
- Work can be done on your own schedule, using your own computer, from home.
- Hourly pay starts at USD 50 to USD 100+ per hour, with some projects offering higher rates.
Responsibilities
- Present coding tasks to AI chatbots and review the responses they generate.
- Assess AI-generated work for accuracy and performance.
Qualifications
- Strong English fluency, at native or bilingual level.
- Hands-on experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging practices.
- Excellent written communication and grammar.
- A completed or currently pursued bachelor’s degree.
- Prior work as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, Programmer, or Frontend Developer is an advantage.
Payment and engagement details
Payments are processed through PayPal, and any currency conversion from USD is handled by PayPal. You will never be asked to pay any money to participate. This opportunity is available only to candidates in New Zealand. The position is offered on an independent contractor basis.
