About the Role
Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Co is looking for a Front Office Executive to fulfill the role of HR Recruiter responsible for comprehensive recruitment duties across various departments. This position is located in Kolkata and involves managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize multiple platforms including job portals, social media, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Review resumes and conduct initial telephone interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and arrange interviews.
- Handle the offer stage including salary discussions and related paperwork.
- Ensure smooth and prompt onboarding for selected individuals.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate regular MIS reports.
- Develop and sustain a robust talent pool for upcoming hiring needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum education qualification: High School (HS).
- Open to candidates with no prior experience (fresher candidates eligible).
- Familiarity with resume databases and proficient verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Must have knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and sound judgment capabilities.
- Availability to work from office five days per week.
Additional Information
- Work Schedule: 5 working days per week.
- Shift: General day shift.
- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent role.
- Monthly salary range: 20,000 to 80,000 INR.
