We invite you to join our team at ibis Berlin Airport and ibis budget Berlin Airport as a Front Office Agent (STARS).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming host, genuinely greeting and engaging guests with openness and charm.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Handle reservation inquiries and process bookings professionally.
• Take charge of cash management and debtor control diligently.
• Independently perform all administrative tasks at the front desk with reliability.
• Contribute to smooth and effective operations during morning, evening, and night shifts.
• Ensure active communication between all departments within the hotel.

The starting monthly gross salary is €3,035 full-time, with potential increases based on experience and qualifications.

In early 2025, tristar Hotels will open two Accor Group franchises: ibis Berlin Airport and ibis budget Berlin Airport, located just 10 minutes from Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER). These two brands share a building and provide guests with flexible accommodation options tailored to their preferences and budgets.
