About the Role
Join the team at V8 HOTEL Böblingen and be part of a unique automotive-themed hotel environment! This position involves welcoming and assisting both national and international guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations and guest requests, and collaborating closely with all hotel departments.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle reservations and respond to guest inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate communication and workflow with various hotel departments.
- Maintain professionalism in a dynamic and customer-focused setting.
Requirements
- Genuine enjoyment in interacting with people and strong commitment to service quality.
- Friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Proficient in both German and English languages.
- Previous experience at a hotel front desk is preferred but motivated beginners are welcome.
