Role Overview

We seek a Front Desk Receptionist passionate about fostering a community around blockchain and peer-to-peer technologies. You will serve as the primary contact for visitors and members, ensuring the smooth operation and welcoming atmosphere of the workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain organization and efficient functioning of the entire space
• Warmly receive and greet guests entering the facility
• Handle incoming communications and membership inquiries
• Administer monthly invoicing for members
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for community members
• Plan and host events including meetups, social gatherings, and the weekly community breakfast
• Manage office supply orders and inventory control
• Organize and distribute mail within the workspace

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or an equivalent role
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication capabilities
• Proficient in spoken and written English; knowledge of German is advantageous
• Exceptional organizational skills and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive, hands-on approach with dependability
• Enjoy working within an international and diverse team environment
