Role Overview

The freelance Graphic Designer will support the Tendem project by crafting clean, professional visual assets ranging from layouts and infographics to social media templates. This position involves close collaboration with Tendem Agents who manage routine tasks, while you apply creative skill and domain understanding to deliver polished marketing materials. This part-time remote role suits designers experienced in visual communications and proficient with industry-standard tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Create organized layouts and modern infographics establishing clear visual hierarchies for easy comprehension and engagement.
• Develop reusable and compelling templates tailored for diverse social media platforms and one-sheet marketing collateral.
• Enhance routine materials by deeply integrating typography expertise, grid systems, and balanced composition.
• Convert raw data and concepts into refined, professional visuals aligned with marketing objectives.
• Maintain design quality through thorough checking of alignment, color accuracy, and consistency before final delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic or digital design and visual communications is preferred.
• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or allied creative disciplines is advantageous.
• Expert knowledge of typography, grid frameworks, and composition techniques to enhance daily design outputs.
• Demonstrated skills in creating clear, engaging infographics and adaptable social media designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma for diverse design assignments.
• Ability to produce impactful one-pagers and dynamic digital templates while adapting designs to platform constraints.
• English language proficiency at an upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher is essential.
• Highly adaptable, detail-conscious, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with excellent multitasking abilities and dedication to professional visual quality.
• Submission of a CV in English including a direct portfolio link showcasing relevant graphic design work is mandatory.

Project Expectations & Compensation

Task engagement typically ranges from 10 to 20 hours weekly during active phases, although workload depends on project needs and is not guaranteed. Compensation on this project can reach up to $40 per hour depending on contributor performance and pace. Rates may vary across different projects based on complexity and expertise requirements.
