About Mindrift and The Role

Mindrift connects experts with AI-driven projects, focusing on leveraging Generative AI through worldwide expertise. We are seeking a multifaceted Graphic Designer to join our Tendem project, which integrates human expertise with AI workflows for data scraping and content creation.

This part-time freelance role involves producing polished visual assets such as layouts, infographics, and social media templates. You will collaborate with Tendem Agents who manage repetitive tasks while you apply your critical thinking, design judgment, and domain knowledge to transform raw ideas into refined marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop crisp layouts and contemporary infographics incorporating clear visual hierarchy for engaging content presentation.
• Create reusable, eye-catching templates for social media and compelling one-page marketing collateral.
• Enhance standard design elements by leveraging typography expertise, grid systems, and considered composition techniques.
• Convert raw data and concepts into professional visuals aligned with marketing and communication objectives.
• Maintain design quality by reviewing visual alignment, color schemes, and layout consistency before final delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic, digital, or visual communications design preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related creative disciplines is advantageous.
• Strong skills in layout and typography, including mastery of grids and visual structuring.
• Proven experience creating clear information designs via infographics and social-media-ready templates.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
• Ability to adapt designs fluidly between digital templates and printed one-pagers.
• Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English (B2 level or above).
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple design tasks independently under tight timelines.

Additional Details and Terms

• This freelance role is project-based; assignments will be provided while projects are active, which may result in variable workload.
• Estimated commitment is approximately 10-20 hours per week during active phases.
• Compensation can reach up to $50 per hour depending on expertise and output pace, with variations based on project difficulty and scope.
