Role overview
This role sits in the founder’s office and focuses on keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while supporting strategic work across the business. You will partner closely with the founding team in Bengaluru to improve execution, coordinate cross-functional activity, and help maintain strong operational and financial discipline.
Core responsibilities
- Handle financial accounting activities and keep records accurate and up to date.
- Support operational excellence across all parts of the organization by improving processes and follow-through.
- Coordinate stakeholders, projects, and resources to ensure priorities are delivered efficiently.
- Work alongside the founders on strategic initiatives and special projects.
