About the Role

Join therapie1, a rapidly expanding physiotherapy chain in Germany, focused on connecting elite therapists with patients who seek timely appointments. This hands-on position allows close collaboration with the CEO to drive significant company progress, including opening new locations and ensuring smooth operations during growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate strategic ideas into actionable plans across diverse projects simultaneously.
• Develop scalable growth strategies to acquire new customers cost-effectively.
• Build a brand that resonates strongly with both customers and employees.
• Participate in expansion efforts by conducting market research, analyzing potential locations, and preparing materials for decision-making.
• Enhance and refine internal processes to enable scalable team growth without disorder.
• Manage parts of the recruitment process including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
• Collaborate directly with the founder on critical weekly priorities, ranging from hiring to investor communications.
• Engage with investors and business angels as part of ongoing company interactions.

Candidate Profile

• Currently enrolled in studies or recently graduated; the field of study is less important than having the right mindset.
• Desire ownership rather than merely completing assigned tasks.
• Ability to think clearly and act swiftly despite incomplete directives.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and able to structure tasks independently.
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English.
• Experience in startups, consulting, or fast-paced work environments is advantageous.
