Position Overview

Join Stratsofare Restaurant as a Food & Beverage Attendant serving primarily in Reception. This role involves being the welcoming point of contact, delivering a warm and professional greeting to guests, handling arrivals, bookings, and enquiries. While Reception is the main focus, you will also contribute as part of the F&B team, assisting as needed in the Restaurant, Bar, and Café areas. This is a dynamic, hands-on position requiring adaptability in a fast-paced hospitality setting, with a strong commitment to safety, hygiene, and liquor law compliance.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service essential, with bar or barista skills considered advantageous.
  • Outstanding customer service capabilities paired with a positive, proactive attitude and pride in your work.
  • Confident multitasking ability and initiative in addressing tasks.
  • Meticulous attention to procedures, safety standards, and detail-oriented work habits.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
