FLS Maintenance Service Coordinator

About the Role

The Aikah Fire Equipment Division, under Al Khoory Group, is seeking a diligent and well-organized Fire Life Safety (FLS) Maintenance Service Coordinator to join their Maintenance Department based in the UAE. This role involves managing various maintenance activities to ensure high-standard fire safety compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee preventive, corrective, emergency, and routine service maintenance tasks.
• Work alongside Service Engineers and Service Manager to schedule jobs and allocate technicians effectively.
• Maintain communication with clients, offering regular updates regarding service progress.
• Keep track of job progress ensuring tasks are completed within set timelines.
• Maintain detailed service reports, records of maintenance, and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) schedules.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks including job requests, quotations, spare parts availability, and other service necessities.
• Monitor daily technician attendance and deployment status.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
• Generate operational reports and coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Suppliers, and company Management teams.

Profile and Requirements

• Possess a Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or relevant certification related to fire safety.
• Have between 2 to 5 years of experience in maintenance service coordination within the fire protection sector.
• Familiarity with AMC processes, Dubai Civil Defense (DCD) protocols, and UAE Fire & Life Safety Code is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication abilities, excellent planning skills, customer service orientation, efficient coordination, and thorough documentation capabilities.
