Financial Accountant

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Accountant to join a thriving finance team in South Dublin, Ireland. This is a full-time, onsite role offering an annual salary between €60,000 and €70,000 along with an excellent benefits package. You will report directly to the Finance Manager and contribute significantly to the group's finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile monthly management accounts and prepare detailed reporting packs.
• Manage consolidated balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Conduct financial analysis and performance reporting to support strategic decisions.
• Assist with the year-end audit process to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Support budgeting, forecasting activities, and ensure adherence to tax regulations.
• Identify and recommend enhancements to financial processes and reporting methods.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Fully qualified accountant status.
• At least three years' experience encompassing a broad range of financial accounting duties.
• Strong analytical abilities paired with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive approach with commercial awareness and enthusiasm to grow within a dynamic business environment.
