Position Overview

• Financial Analyst focused on brands or product categories within local or regional frameworks, including the growing Healthcare sector
• Financial Analyst in Customer Business Development
• Plant Financial Manager specializing in cost optimization at manufacturing sites
• Financial Accountant
• Internal Audit Analyst

Candidate Profile

• Possess or expect to complete before joining, a bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong academic credentials.
• Location flexibility across P&G's DACH region sites such as Schwalbach, Crailsheim, Kronberg, Worms, Euskirchen, Groß-Gerau, Walldürn, Berlin, Marktheidenfeld, and Spittal a.d. Drau is mandatory.
• Demonstrate excellent numerical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving abilities, alongside leadership potential and enthusiasm for finance.
• Effectively collaborate with diverse groups by fostering creativity, innovation, and initiative.
• Make complex decisions integrating data insights and intuitive judgment.
• Fluency in both German and English at a minimum C1 proficiency level in speaking and writing.
• Work experience, internships, or international studies are advantageous.
