Finance Manager

Job Overview

We seek a Finance Manager experienced in financial leadership within the manpower solutions and workforce outsourcing sector in Saudi Arabia. The role calls for a strategic, hands-on finance expert well-versed in the Saudi regulatory landscape and taxation system.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce comprehensive financial statements aligned with accounting standards.
• Ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations, including VAT and Zakat.
• Handle corporate income tax matters, especially for foreign-owned and mixed ownership enterprises.
• Generate management and financial reports, annual budgets, cash flow analysis, and Profit & Loss statements for overall and individual business entities.
• Manage cost accounting, budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and profitability assessments.
• Utilize Odoo ERP extensively for financial operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop capable finance teams across multiple departments and business units.
• Establish and maintain financial controls and reporting frameworks to ensure accurate ERP-based financial data.
