Field Supervisor

Role Overview

The Field Supervisor, designated as Stand Monitoring Officer, is responsible for conducting routine and random inspections of company stands to oversee agents' attendance, timeliness, client engagement, and overall stand activity. This role strictly involves observation, documentation, and reporting without direct management or supervision of agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and impromptu visits to various stand locations.
• Track agent attendance, punctuality, and presence during assigned shifts.
• Validate stand check-in and check-out logs when required.
• Assess agents' engagement and interactions with potential clients.
• Evaluate professionalism, activity levels, and adherence to compliance standards at each stand.
• Maintain accurate records and generate daily or weekly detailed reports.
• Report issues such as attendance irregularities, misconduct, and policy breaches to HR and management.
• Ensure confidentiality is preserved while providing objective, evidence-backed reports.
• Capture photographic evidence or other records if authorized.
• Refrain from directly confronting or instructing agents unless directed by higher management.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid driving license.
• Owns a vehicle and is prepared to travel frequently between stand locations.
• Preference for candidates with background in monitoring, auditing, HR administration, operational roles, or field supervision.
• Excellent observational and report-writing capabilities.
• Ability to remain neutral, professional, and discreet at all times.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Flexibility to work varied hours in line with stand schedules.
