About the Role
Bookurjourney Group seeks passionate and seasoned Field Sales Executives to broaden our B2B travel agent network throughout Punjab, especially in Jalandhar, Ludhiana, and Amritsar.
Key Duties
- Recruit and nurture partnerships with new travel agent collaborators.
- Consistently visit travel agents to foster durable business ties.
- Advertise holiday packages, specifically to Thailand and Dubai, along with flight bookings.
- Drive sales and meet or exceed specified targets.
- Oversee existing travel agent accounts ensuring premium service levels.
- Grasp agent needs to deliver apt solutions.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and fortify long-term relationships.
Candidate Profile
- Essential prior exposure to the travel sector.
- Deep understanding of B2B travel sales dynamics.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Sound knowledge of travel offerings and agent expectations.
- Expertise in relationship management and field sales.
- Driven by goals and self-motivation.
- Advantageous if possessing an established travel agent network within Jalandhar, Ludhiana, or Amritsar.
