Field Sales Executive

Overview

We are urgently seeking driven Field Sales Executives to join Paytm's dynamic growth team. Selected candidates will be directly employed by Paytm and play a crucial role in broadening the merchant base by onboarding local shops, retail outlets, and various businesses.

Key Duties

• Conduct visits to local marketplaces and retail establishments to recruit and onboard merchants.
• Handle installation of Paytm QR codes at merchant locations to enable digital payments.
• Deploy and activate Paytm Soundboxes for business users to facilitate transactions.
• Provide thorough training to merchants on the usage of Paytm products and support them by addressing any issues or questions.

Requirements

• Ownership of an Android smartphone for operational tasks.
• Possession of a two-wheeler, such as a bike or scooter, to travel across merchant sites.

Compensation and Benefits
