Job Overview
This role focuses on field sales marketing, requiring the candidate to actively engage with customers at their location to achieve sales targets. The position mandates owning a two-wheeler for ease of travel between sites.
Compensation and Work Schedule
- Monthly salary of ₹21,000 with an additional travel allowance of ₹2,500.
- Incentives ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 based on performance.
- Promotional opportunities available within three months, conditional on performance.
- Fixed weekly off on Sundays.
- Salary is credited on the first day of each month.
Experience and Eligibility Criteria
- Prior experience in field sales is essential.
- Minimum educational qualification is completion of 12th grade.
- Only male candidates are invited to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Onboard new merchants and revisit existing ones to ensure continued engagement.
- Visit customers directly to promote and sell products.
- Focus on selling sound-boxes and transitioning customers to smart box solutions at their shops.
