Job Overview
Join the PhonePe team as a Field Sales Executive in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role involves direct interaction with merchants to promote PhonePe's digital payment solutions and grow the merchant network.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard shops and merchants to PhonePe's platform.
- Promote PhonePe QR Code, Soundbox, and other merchant-specific services.
- Expand business by adding new merchants through daily visits and outreach.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily sales targets through effective fieldwork.
- Maintain positive and supportive relationships with merchants, assisting them as needed.
- Present and explain products, features, and benefits clearly to add value to merchants' businesses.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Foster strong customer relations to encourage repeat business and referrals.
