Position Overview
Randstad India Pvt. Ltd is recruiting Field Sales Executives to promote credit card products across various locations in Guwahati. This full-time role operates from the office, engaging customers directly in the field to drive sales growth.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass or graduate degree.
- Ideal candidates are aged between 22 and 35 years.
- Prior experience in sales is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers focusing on consultative and need-based sales approaches.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients.

- Sales lead generation will predominantly come from open market sales initiatives.
Compensation
