Role Overview

The company is looking for a Field Sales Executive in Hyderabad to recruit and manage partners, agents, advisors, and POSPs, help them understand and sell insurance products, and support business growth through the partner network.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new partners, agents, advisors, and POSPs to expand the customer base.
• Provide product training to partners so they can confidently present and use the company’s offerings.
• Act as the point of coordination between the company and its partners to keep productivity on track.
• Work toward business targets achieved through the partner network.
• Coordinate with operations teams to make sure partner-related processes are followed correctly.
• Manage retail insurance products across the portfolio, including health, property, and motor insurance.
• Set, discuss, and align premium targets with POSPs, partners, agents, and advisors.
• Maintain regular follow-up with pending leads and references.
• Stay current on products and solutions through training sessions and self-study.

Skills and Experience

The role calls for strong communication and selling ability, insurance industry exposure, and the ability to build and manage relationships effectively.
