About the Role
Advance your retail merchandising career as a full-time Retail Merchandiser supporting in-store execution for a leading consumer packaged goods (CPG) client. This position involves carrying out a wide range of merchandising tasks within stores, such as shelf stocking and display arrangements, while ensuring product availability and adherence to planogram standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute in-store merchandising activities according to planograms and schematics, including store resets.
- Organize daily coverage by setting priorities based on call goals and prior follow-ups, while preparing necessary tools and materials to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with promotional displays, identify merchandising opportunities, address out-of-stock situations by replenishing shelves and displays, secure additional display locations, place point-of-sale materials appropriately, and manage product rotation and date checks.
- Maintain clear communication with store personnel regarding assigned tasks, sales campaigns, promotions, and client objectives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster productive working relationships with store staff to achieve company and client goals.
Candidate Qualifications
- Previous experience in merchandising or sales roles.
- Possession of reliable transportation along with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with others.
- Familiarity with basic computer software, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Physical capability to lift up to 30-50 pounds and stand for long durations.
Working Hours and Benefits
