About the Role

Meticulous Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Male Field Marketing Executive to foster new business opportunities and secure service contracts within the Tricity area, encompassing Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula. The role focuses on engaging with corporate offices, hospitals, restaurants, cafés, commercial organizations, and other establishments to promote a range of facility management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct frequent visits to potential clients across Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula.
• Identify companies and organizations in need of facility management services.
• Engage with HR, Administration, Facility Managers, Purchase Managers, and other decision-makers.
• Generate sales leads and nurture new client associations.
• Comprehend client service requirements and coordinate preparation of quotations and proposals.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into signed service agreements.
• Meet monthly targets for sales and contract acquisitions.
• Maintain daily records of field visits and sales activity.
• Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with both existing and new clients.
• Discover fresh business opportunities within the Tricity market.

Candidate Profile

• Confident demeanor with a professional appearance.
• Willingness and ability to conduct extensive field visits.
• Experience in sales or marketing within facility management, housekeeping, security, manpower outsourcing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates possessing strong communication skills and eagerness to work in a field environment are welcome.
• Familiarity with the Chandigarh–Mohali–Panchkula market is advantageous.
