Field Marketing Executive

Position Overview

Qute Extrusions Pvt Ltd, a manufacturer specializing in PVC and UPVC windows and doors, is looking to hire a Field Marketing Executive based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. This role involves promoting company products directly in the field, targeting builders, architects, dealers, fabricators, and potential customers to generate new business and strengthen relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute field marketing initiatives for UPVC windows and doors.
• Engage with builders, architects, dealers, fabricators, and prospective clients to promote products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships.
• Provide detailed explanations on product features to clients.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
• Keep track of market developments and competitors' activities.
• Maintain daily reports documenting visits and follow-ups with customers.
• Meet assigned marketing and business growth objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess any degree or diploma with strong communication skills.
• Prior experience in field marketing, sales, or the building materials sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with UPVC windows and doors or other construction materials is advantageous.
• A minimum of two years' experience in field marketing, sales, or business development is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant experience in UPVC or construction product industries will be prioritized.

Compensation and Employment Details

• Monthly salary range between 25000 and 40000 Indian Rupees, determined based on experience, skillset, and interview performance.
• This is a full-time, onsite position located in Madurai.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
