About the Role
Join Tivoli Hotels & Resorts at the Souq Al Wakra Hotel in Qatar as an F&B Hostess, contributing to the smooth and excellent functioning of the Food & Beverage department. This role supports the hotel's mission to deliver superior guest experiences and uphold the highest standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance guest satisfaction by delivering prompt, polite, and brand-aligned Food & Beverage service.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment in compliance with health standards.
- Ensure only top-quality products are served to guests.
- Foster a strong team culture through collaboration and effective communication.
- Manage daily team relations and promote problem-solving skills among team members via training and empowerment.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline.
- Prior experience working in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
- A strong passion for leadership and effective teamwork.
- Attention to detail to maintain operational excellence.
- Exceptional skills in delivering guest service.
