This role is integral to maintaining high service standards and enhancing guest experiences in our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to the established service sequence to ensure consistent food and beverage quality across the outlet.
• Welcome customers warmly and provide attentive, prompt, and efficient service throughout their visit.
• Complete all required trainings to boost knowledge and service excellence.
• Professionally take food and beverage orders, maximizing sales opportunities discreetly.
• Prepare and organize mise-en-place duties before and after service in alignment with the restaurant’s brand standards and vision to optimize productivity and presentation.
• Immediately and discreetly report any complaints or issues to the Supervisor or Restaurant Manager to ensure quick resolution and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Basic literacy and numeracy competencies.
• Ability to communicate in English at an entry-level proficiency.
• No previous work experience is necessary, making this role suitable for those starting their career.
