Role Overview

This full-time position based in New South Wales involves supporting the production of architectural lining systems by performing various factory duties. Key activities include operating machinery, assisting with packing and dispatch operations, carrying out basic maintenance tasks, and ensuring the smooth flow of manufacturing processes. The role demands frequent manual handling tasks such as loading and unloading materials, quality monitoring through visual inspections, and adherence to safety and housekeeping standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods efficiently.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery with safety and accuracy.
• Conduct visual inspections to maintain product quality standards.
• Support packing, dispatch preparation, and inventory organization.
• Perform basic upkeep and maintenance of machinery as needed.
• Possibly operate forklifts for material movement under compliance with licensing requirements.
• Collaborate closely with supervisors to achieve production targets and quality benchmarks.
• Follow company protocols, health and safety procedures, and maintain a clean workplace environment.

Candidate Qualifications
