Facility Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Perform sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping tasks in storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other facility areas.
• Dispose of trash properly to maintain cleanliness.
• Manage and monitor inventory of cleaning supplies; order replacements as required.
• Carry out additional assigned duties to support facility maintenance.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Work conditions may involve exposure to moving machinery, irritant chemicals, requiring the use of safety gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or protective clothing.
• Job demands include significant physical activity, such as standing for long periods, outdoor movement, reaching various heights, and handling equipment weighing at least 50 pounds, sometimes without assistance.
