The role is embedded in the Engineering Services Team and impacts stakeholder satisfaction, passenger experience, and seamless operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the upkeep and performance of multiple buildings and their base assets.
• Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance tasks across various locations to ensure ongoing operation.
• Track asset performance, control budgets, and supervise contract fulfillment against set goals.
• Collaborate with project and operations teams to enhance asset reliability and optimize lifecycle management.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Oversee Fire and HVAC maintenance contractors, ensuring compliance, safety, and dependable service delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in managing facilities and base building assets portfolio.
• Demonstrated ability managing Fire and HVAC contractors in active operational settings.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and service performance frameworks.
• Capability to balance demands of safety, compliance, operations, and commercial objectives to meet targets.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication skills, and capacity to build productive working relationships.
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder, and regulated environments.
